Religion is not purely worshipping God. I use the word God. I mean one God. There are hundreds of religions and beliefs in your world. There is only one God, only one God.
His energy, His power interpenetrates every nation every individual, every plant, every animal, for they are all of his creation. They are all created with love and peace and with harmony, but where is the harmony in your world and what has caused it to disappear?
Mankind, mankind with free will has generated factions that disagree over relatively minor issues. It is the leaders of those factions that generate greater harm, hate, dislike, and disharmony. It is not the people. The great mass of people who fill your world cry out for peace and even though you have more than you need, there are those that have so little.
It has taken many, many centuries for your world to create the situation that exists in your world. I suggest it is not very long since the disharmony, differences of opinion have generally become so great, the more your world has become aware of other nations.
Does that make sense? Because your world is now known to everybody, every part of your world, every life, every country, is known. It has become more unequal because of interference from one nation to another. A more powerful nation has influenced a smaller nation against its will and therefore disharmony has been created and I suggest that over the entire world there are many, many situations where smaller, less influential parts of your world have been taken in the grip of a stronger force, creating disharmony.
Centuries ago, of course there were wars. There were battles, but other parts of the world were allowed to live their lives according to their own traditions and origins. It is as in the world that I came from when other countries invaded our country the harmony was broken. That has continued and accelerated, and it has not been challenged. I ask you to think within yourselves, ‘is that the life you wish to have around you’?
It is our chosen vocation to try to influence those around your world to accept that these things cannot be allowed to continue. Each person that passes to our world suffers due to the teaching they received in your world.
If they can be taught within your world that peace harmony, goodwill is a better way, then the task we have is greatly reduced. There is warfare where thousands of people are killed in a matter of hours. Can you understand the work we have to do when they pass to the world of Spirit?
We have an army of people, what you call Spirit people; working to enable these people to understand that they are no longer in their physical bodies and we teach them that their new surroundings are no longer the same as their old ones.
A very difficult task except when those who have passed understood before they left your world that there was continuity of the Spirit, of the soul, of the mind, of the consciousness – you choose the words – and they continue to work with us from our side of life, to create harmony and peace where they can.
