moulding the restrictions of Form
into shapes of fleeting beauty.
The sweetness of a juicy fruit is a Limitation
that points beyond the moment of experience
to the well of Joy hidden behind all appearances,
the bliss of existence with all its highs and lows.
Emptiness is none other than the exuberance of Being:
an ever-changing pattern that is always complete.
Nothing missing.
Fully savour each passing moment.
Enjoy the cocktail of flavours in a glass of red wine
that has been cask-matured for years.
Do not rush into the next moment
and miss the fullness of this one.
For there is no next moment.
Only This. Only Now.
